If you have a question that is not covered here, Please give us a call.

Do you do childrens parties?

No. We only perform at adult events.

How much do you charge?

No two performances are the same. Each event is quoted on the information you have supplied. This is why it is important to give us as much detail as you can. There are no hidden extras. The price we quote is the price you pay.

What does the fee include?

Your very smart DJ for the evening. All of the sound and lighting equipment required and of course our many thousands of music tracks. There is always a microphone available for any speeches and announcements that need to be made. We are fully self contaned. There is nothing more required.

How soon do I need to book you?

As soon as possible after you have received our quote. As a professional disco company, many of our confirmed bookings are sometimes over a year in advance. It is always advisable to book well in advance to secure the date.

Do I need to pay a deposit, and when is the balance due?

Yes there is an advance payment of £75.00. to pay. This is by cheque, enclosed with the return of your signed agreement form. The balance of your account MUST be received by us, no later than 14 days prior to your event date. Unfortunately we do not accept any payments on the night.

Can I come to see you perform?

Regretably this is not possible. As all of our engagements are private functions, it would not be professional of us to invite people into any private event. You would not like strangers coming into your private party to ''Listen to the DJ''

We have many letters and emails of recommendation from our past clients. These can be seen on our clients letters page, or you can always give us a call.

Do you need to meet us to discuss anything?

No. There is no need to meet up with us. If we did this we would have to make a charge for the extra hours involved for the visit. We always try to keep cost at a reasonable level. We are very confident that any questions can be answered over the telephone. Being very professional in what we do and with our vast experience we find this isn't necessary.

Do I receive a signed agreement from you?

Yes You do. This contains all of the information regarding you event. This gives you peace of mind, knowing that your DJ is going to be, where he should be, on your very special occasion.

Do you have Electrical PAT testing and PLI insurance certificates?

Yes we do. These are very essential and will be required by the venue you have booked for your event. Do realise many cheaper discos operators will not carry these important documents. Without these, any disco operator will not be allowed to perform. Many venues ask for these documents a few weeks prior to your event. Some venues ask for them on the night. It will be to late, if your booked disco is asked for proof on the night and he hasn't got them. The disco will not be allowed to perform. This could ruin everything. Please be aware.

Can I send in a song request list?

We always encourage our clients to send us in a songlist. Maybe upto a maximum of 30 requests. These, we will endeavour to mix in throughout the night. The choice is yours. The style of music you want to hear is yours. It is always good, if possible, to get ideas from your guests as well. We do also take requests on the night.

How long does it take you to set up?

Taking into account unloading and easy access to the room on ground level, approximately 75 minutes. With a multitude of hardware, wires and plugs, and testing etc, this cannot be rushed. We always arrive early if possible, to ease the stress and strain.

If possible can you set up the equipment earlier in the day?

This is not a problem If you need us to set up before your guests arrive. Just let us know when you make the booking although there would be a small charge made for this earlier set up with the extra hours involved.

How much space do you need and what power points.?

The Ideal floor area of left to right 3 metres, front to back 2 plus metres. Height 3 metres. Sometimes if space is limited we can reduce the space slightly if need be. We would also require a minimum of 2 power socket within 3 metres of the performance area.

What is your dress code?

We are always very smart. Either smart casual or formal evening wear if required.

We never ever wear jeans and tee shirt when performing. Although sometimes we will, only whilst setting up the equipment.

Will you require a meal?

While we never expect a meal, it is always nice and very welcome to be offered some refreshment during the evening. This is consumed very discretely if possible out of sight of you guests.
